One scheduled care cycle a month: an interior maintenance clean, hot-tub attention, light exterior upkeep, a visual property check, and a dated report. You keep control of the bookings, if there are any.
The base plan includes one scheduled monthly care cycle and one interior maintenance cleaning. Additional visits, guest turnovers, repairs, materials, and higher-frequency service are quoted separately.

We run our own top-rated cabin in Hochatown, so the cleaners, hot-tub technicians, and contractors who work on your property are the ones we use on ours. You reach Hunter directly, whether we are operating your rental or caring for your home, and we keep the client list small enough that the person making decisions about your property has actually stood in it.
Meet the teamHome Care Concierge
One scheduled care cycle a month, from $500 per month. Every item has a stated frequency or boundary, because a list of unqualified checkmarks would be a promise we cannot keep.
Once per month. Not a deep clean, a guest turnover, laundry service, dishes, or heavy-condition cleanup. Those are quoted separately.
Once per month. A monthly check is not continuous water management. Your written plan states the between-visit responsibilities and any routine chemical allowance. A filled, actively used tub usually needs more than one visit a month, and we say so in the quote.
up to 60 minutes per month. No mowing, tree work, pressure washing, gutters, or storm cleanup unless quoted.
Once per month during the scheduled visit. Observations, not a licensed inspection, a security patrol, an engineering evaluation, or a guarantee against damage.
up to 30 minutes per month, during scheduled visits. No daily collection, off-site storage, electrical work, or ladder work.
One report per cycle. Arrival timing is coordinated, not guaranteed on demand, and it is not an extra clean or a separate walkthrough for every visit.
